These terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of our products.

Please make payment within 5 days so we can get your item posted to you promptly.

We guarantee all goods will posted within 24 hours, business days (usually sooner) of your payment clearing and will email you every step of the way.

In the unlikely event your item is not exactly as described in the listing, please contact us so we can rectify the situation.

Refunds will be issued in the unlikely event of:

  • If the item received has a manufacturing fault on arrival, proof of fault/s need to be given before a replacement is given which means it’s the buyers responsibly to pay the return postage costs. We do not refund postage in any instance, neither inbound or outbound.
  • The item does not match the description and is completely different to the goods you receive.  We do our best to describe all items accurately including photography and colours.  If you need any more information about a product please contact us before buying so we can help you further.
  • Recommended manufacturer care instructions may be printed on the packaging &amp,/or written into the product description.  As we cannot assess the treatment of any linen/manchester/rugs items once in your care and use, we cannot offer a return policy on used items.
  • Refunds are not issued due to change of mind or on opened and used products.
  • Free shipping items incur a restocking fee of $14.50.

Please contact us within 14 days if there any issues.  Any defective items would need to be returned in the same condition as it arrived which is Brand New and packaged in the same way it arrived and you would be refunded for the product only, not the postage for us to originally send it to you.
