Payment is required within 3 days and if you need longer please let us know so we can make other arrangements.

Do You Discount Postage?

Yes we do discount postage where possible in line with Australia Post charges.  If the listing indicates your item will be posted in a satchel, please consider the satchel size and weight restrictions.  We will combine as many piece as possible for that size satchel.

What are the Shipping Charges outside of Australia?

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of your order based on cubic weight and destination.  Additional taxes are not applicable in Australia, however for International shipment, there may be taxes applied according to the country where the goods are received.

When Will My Item Be Posted?

We ensure all items are posted within 24 hours (usually sooner) of your payment clearing so you get your new item sooner.  We post every day, Monday to Friday.  Payments early morning will ensure your item is sent in the afternoon of the same day.

Note: if you are not home to collect, a card will be left in your letterbox asking you to collect from a Post Office. Directions will be on the card advising your local post office and where to collect.  This ensure safe delivery into your hands.  A signature is required on delivery. If your item is not picked up from the post office within the allocated time and its returned to us, a redelivery fee will be charged.  Note; will will advise the tracking number as soon as the item/s is sent.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

The delivery times will vary depending on your location, in most cases express post is available if you’re needing your item more quickly.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, once your order is posted, a tracking number is assigned and you will receive an email from us containing your order tracking number and carrier.

Do You Offer Returns?

We Guarantee that you’ll love your product and do offer returns in the unlikely event the goods are significantly not as described in the listing. (Buyer to pay return post).  We don’t offer returns for a change of mind.
